Most of the people I know who focus on mass atrocities are American. Check out the feeds of @Dan_E_Solo @DHirschelBurns @selangberg @jay_ulfelder and see who they’re following. Good luck!

Thanks a lot.I have the people you mentioned among my contacts so i’ll check.I have the impression that there are not that many African tweeters tweeting specifically about these issues.I was trying not to be too western-centric. Thanks again
